Our Customer Product Support is provided to our existing customers with
secured log-in. The various categories below address the differing needs at
different phases of product acquisition and use for maximum effectiveness :
Telephone and Email
Remote System Support (RSS)
Secured remote system support offers an effective
mean of providing fastest problem resolution and fixes as you have the full team
of resources behind the remote terminal which even an on-site engineer in many
critical instances can not match. Leveraging on this mode, our experience with
many of our customers have found that such practical mean of support are very

Online Support
For each product, 1st level of product query and support is to be provided by
an FAQ list which will grow in time. The FAQ list is particularly helpful to new
users.
On-site Support
On-site support during initial phase of product roll-out and project
implementation may be needed in accordance to the nature of the project. Our
Product Specialists and/or Senior CIM/FI consultants are available where deemed
appropriate.
